Green Mango Salad

This light and refreshing green mango salad is easy to prepare and can be served as a snack or with other dishes as part of a meal.

Serves : 1-2
Preparation Time : 10-15 mins

Ingredients :
  1. 1 green mango, peeled and shredded
  2. 1 tablespoon dried shrimps, coarsely pounded
  3. 1 red onion, finely sliced
  4. 1 tablespoon toasted chickpeas powder
  5. 1 tablespoon oil
  6. seasons to taste
Method :

Put all the main ingredients into a salad bowl and toss well. Sprinkle chilli flakes to spice up your salad if you want. Garnish with crispy onions on top.  That's it and ready to enjoy with a cup of hot chinese tea :)
