Ingredients
dried brinjals [My Aunt brought them from Myanmar(Burma)]
cooking oil
For gravy
red onion, garlic and dried shrimps pounded together.
Seasonings
Salt and mono sodium glutamate (MSG).
Cooking Time : 40-45 minutes
- Heat cooking oil in the cooking pan over a medium heat.
- Add in the ingredients mixture for gravy to the heated oil.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, chili powder and stir well.
- Add in water, cover with the lid and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes till
fragrant.
