  2. I don't understand why you feel compelled to add in a pinch of Ajinomoto. Everything they make is a neurotoxic or carcinogenic poison, like
Aspartame and MSG. This is one of the biggest corporate killers on the planet! Please read this article:

Here is another excellent one explaining how it got approval:

  4. Thanks Evy and ကိုလင္းၾကယ္ျဖဴ for visiting my blog :)

    Hello Anonymous,
First of all, thanks for your visit :)

Regarding your comment, i would like to say
this is just a personal choice (partly because of the taste). My family and i do not like the sugary sweet tasted dish.
In one of my previous posts, i did mention that sugar can be substituted instead of using Ajinomoto (especially for those who prefer to use suagr or are extremely health conscious).
For me, i make sure i don't use it in extreme.
After all, i believe there are many other ways to take good care of our health.

We may not agree with each other on this matter but i hope we agree to disagree.

  5. Just to clarify my comment above. I thought i mentioned something like sugar can be substituted instead of using Ajinomoto in one of my posts. After checking out my posts again, i found out that i did not. I did explain about my preference on using salt instead of fish sauce but not on Ajinomoto matter.
    Sorry about that.
