Fried shredded bamboo shoots

Cooking Time : 10 - 15 minutes
Serves : 3 - 4
Ingredients
1 packet shredded bamboo shoots
( can be purchased at Myanmar shops in Singapore)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tablespoon oil
seasonings to taste (salt & Ajinomoto)
Method
1. Heat up the oil in the frying pan.
2. Add red onion. Give it a stir till it turned brown, remove the onion from
the pan.
3. Add the shredded bamboo shoots to the remaining oil and give it a quick stir then add the water. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
4. Return the fried onion back to the pan and stir.
5. Add seasonings to taste and is mission accomplished, yeah!
