Spicy White Snapper fillet

Cooking time : 40-50 minutes
Serves : 2
Ingredients
White Snapper Fillet or White Snapper Steak
1/4 tablespoon ground turmeric
4 cm young ginger
4 cups of water
1 red onion
1 tomato
6-7 tablespoon oil
1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder (adjust to suit your spice level)
6 green chilli
seasonings to taste (salt & Ajinomoto)

Method
1. Boil the fish with water, turmeric, pinch of salt and ginger for about
10 minutes (medium heat)
2. Put the fish on a plate and debone it
3. Cut onion and tomato into cubes
4. Heat up the generous amount of oil in the saucepan
Note: If there is not enough oil, it will burn the onions, tomatoes and fish
5. Put in the chopped onions, tomatoes and fish into the hot oil and stir
well. Let it cook for about 20-30 minutes with low heat, occassionally
stirring the mixture.
6. Add in green chilli
7. Seasonings to taste and give it a quick stir

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and ready to serve
In fact, this yummy dish paired with a steaming plate of rice is all i need for my delicious meal :)
